Sub-Regional Partnerships

To ensure local solutions to local problems, the NWDA has helped to establish five Sub-Regional Partnerships (SRPs), bringing together business, the public sector and voluntary and community groups. The SRPs are responsible for leading economic development within their sub-regions and identifying economic priorities which will deliver the Regional Economic Strategy (RES).

The NWDA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with each SRP and will work in partnership to encourage greater cohesion of regional and sub-regional strategies.
