How to Make a Complaint to the NWDA
NWDA takes complaints very seriously. We are committed to
dealing with any complaints promptly and learning from them, in
order to make changes to the systems and procedures, so that
similar occurrences do not happen again.

- Any appeals relating to a complaint, should be directed to
Steven Broomhead, Chief Executive, NWDA, at the above address.
- Any appeals relating to a complaint about the Chief Executive
should be directed to Vanda Murray, Deputy Chairman of the NWDA at
the above address.
All complaints will be acknowledged and a full response will be
made within 28 working days.
