The Science of Success

Date: Tuesday, 15 September 2009
Location: University Place, Manchester
Time: 09:00 to 17:00

The Northwest is hosting an international management conference featuring two of the world’s most revered management thinkers, Daniel Goleman and Malcolm Gladwell.

Malcolm Gladwell will take delegates on a journey through the world of "Outliers"- the best and the brightest, the most famous and the most successful. He will ask a fundamental question: what makes high-achievers different? Gladwell will consider how to identify and nurture talent within organisations and help leaders to source better people as well as present insights and the tools to reach one’s full potential.

Dr. Goleman will discuss the keys to successful leadership and share proven methods for leadership development. He will show delegates how to harness and develop emotional and social intelligence to improve their organisations’ performance. In these challenging economic times, Dr. Goleman will explain how leaders can help their teams deal with a changing marketplace and build and sustain the enthusiasm and commitment they need to succeed.

NWDA’s partners and associates can take advantage of a 33% discount per delegate place.   For further information on how to reserve your place please visit www.benchmarkforbusiness.com/nwda or download the conference brochure.
